Deutsche Bank AG is seeking a Payroll Processor for Spain based in Barcelona. You will run the monthly Spain payroll via ADP GlobalView, validate inputs, and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

The role collaborates with HR and external providers on benefits, while contributing to process improvements and HR systems initiatives. Requirements include 1–3 years of payroll experience in Spain, strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliations, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Solid understanding of Spanish payroll processes and related taxes.
• Ability to manage payroll data accurately using ADP GlobalView or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel skills to analyse payroll data, perform reconciliations, and support reporting.
• Clear communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the monthly Spain payroll in ADP GlobalView, ensuring accurate calculations and timely delivery.
• Manage employee lifecycle inputs (hires, terminations, absences, sick leave, overtime), validating completeness and data quality.
• Apply established payroll controls to ensure compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with HR teams and external providers on benefits-related inputs and employee queries.
• Contribute to process improvements and support payroll and HR systems initiatives (e.g. Workday).
