Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks a Compensation & Benefits HR Specialist to monitor benefits, manage suppliers, and advise HRBPs on C&B policies. The role includes benchmarking, salary structure support and cross-border C&B projects in an international environment.

The candidate should be degree-educated with experience in similar roles and a good command of English and Spanish, with additional languages welcomed. This is an on-site position at Airbus facilities.

• Monitor current benefits and apply benefits policies (e.g. company car, health and life insurance).
• Manage suppliers and external advisors and search for additional suppliers as needed.
• Oversee invoicing processes and internal C&B administrative tasks.
• Advise HR Business Partners and the business on compensation and benefits processes and policies.
• Provide on-demand C&B analysis for specific topics and benchmark studies.
• Support salary structures, salary campaigns and grading processes.
• Collaborate with payroll, labour relations and HRBPs.
• Participate in transnational C&B projects.

Job Description: An opportunity for Compensation & Benefits HR Specialist has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor current company's benefits, implement and apply benefits policies (i.e. company car, health and life insurance). Manage the existing supliers and external advisors and search additional suppliers if needed. Manage and control invoicing processes and administratives internal C&B processes Provide advice to HRBPs and business on compensation and benefits processes and policies. Provide on demand C&B analisis for specific topics. Prepare benchmark studies of comparable companies for benefits and/or other C&B topics. Support other C&B areas, such us salary structure, salary campaigns and grading processes. Collaboration with other key HR stakeholders, such us: payroll team, labour relationships area and HRBPs. Participate in transnational C&B projects.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Educated to degree level in the related rol Experience in similar roles Experience in international environment You are recognized for your flexibility, interpersonal skills, ability to find solutions and for your ability to face pressure, A good level of English and Spanish is required for this position. Other languages are also appreciated.
