Job summary

Airbus Crisa in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) seeks an experienced Payroll & HRIS Administrator to own payroll inputs, coordinate with ADP, and ensure flawless administrative engine from ERP maintenance to mandatory reporting and benefits administration.

You will report to the HR Director and act as a bridge between the payroll provider, Finance, and employees, contributing to accurate salary payments, tax withholdings, and Social Security contributions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management and personnel administration.
• Strong understanding of Spanish Social Security processes and tax calculations.
• Advanced spreadsheet fluency (Excel/Google Sheets; XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Collaborative skills to work with HR Generalist and Finance teams.
• Excellent communication to explain payroll concepts to employees.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Coordination (ADP Interface) with external payroll provider; prepare accurate monthly inputs.
• Quality Assurance & Finance Collaboration: verify monthly outputs and ensure correct salary payments and withholdings.
• Employee Support: serve as first point of contact for pay and benefits queries.
• ERP & Data Management: maintain personnel data in HRIS/ERP; track leaves and time-off.
• Reporting & Analytics: prepare HR metrics and mandatory RLPT reports for HR Director.
