Leadtech is seeking a senior payments leader to optimize revenue and authorization across PSPs for multiple business units. You will own routing, enrichment, and onboarding processes while driving ROI on APMs and tools.

You will lead two sub‑teams, partner with risk and compliance, and maintain strong BU relationships. The role offers flexible remote or Barcelona office work with a mature data stack and global partnerships.

Formación

• 5+ years in payments, fintech, or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with PSPs (Stripe, WorldPay, Adyen, PayPal) and routing/orchestration.
• Experience with internal stakeholder relationships (BU partnerships or client‑facing role).
• Practical experience with payment orchestration—routing logic, enrichment, multi‑PSP setups.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize payment revenue across PSPs and business units.
• Optimize payment authorization rates by analyzing AR drops, blockages, and traffic in real time.
• Implement dynamic data enrichment to improve authorization outcomes (3DS data, network tokens, retry logic, routing rules).
• Evaluate new APMs and PSP revenue‑boost tools for ROI and feasibility.
• Build and maintain analytics tooling to support day‑to‑day decisions (dashboards, alerting, AR/decline breakdowns).
• Account Management — Internal/B2B; deliver strong internal service to Leadtech's business units as their payments partner.
• Own payment strategy for each BU including PSP/APM mix and proactive communication with BU stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding of new BU payment needs end‑to‑end and maintain SLAs and internal cadence.
• Lead two sub‑teams (Revenue Optimization and Account Management) and guide their goals with OKRs.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance on chargeback programs and with external orchestration partners.
