Job summary

Coforge in Spain is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support 3-4 payments squads, bridging Product, Tech Leads and Development, ensuring clear requirements and coordinated delivery.

You will analyze integrations with payment providers, document processes for payments, PCI considerations, and use Dynatrace and SQL to monitor and troubleshoot configurations.

The role is remote with monthly Madrid office visits, start ASAP, permanent or contractor, English nice to have.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Product Owner in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience coordinating small teams or acting as a point of contact for technical squads.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and functional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day interaction with 3-4 payment teams and manage workload.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for engineering teams.
• Review functional documentation and ensure correct interpretation.
• Manage dependencies and communicate with other internal squads.
• Analyze payment integrations and document PCI-related processes.
