PPG is seeking a Finance Innovation Lead to support global projects (S4 Hana, Central Finance) and optimize financial processes across P2P, R2R and O2C. You will standardize activities, design dashboards, and help close resource gaps in a fast-paced, team-based environment from Barcelona, with hybrid in-person and remote Fridays.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT/BPI, finance process expertise, and strong English skills, plus hands-on Power BI and SAP/Oracle experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT, project team and BPI environment.
• Advance knowledge of English language.
• Expertise in Finance processes, data analytics, AI, coding, and Power BI development.
• Excellent PC skills (MS Office including Power Pivot, Power BI, Oracle/SAP).
• Strong team player able to learn and work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Active participation on global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance).
• Global finance process optimization and standardization.
• Support finance resource gaps.
• Serve as finance subject matter experts where needed.
• Develop and implement process metrics.
• Design and implement dashboards.
• Implementation of new technologies and ways of working.
• Drive process and organization change.
• Present reports to stakeholders on progress, issues and solutions.
• Ensure that the finance innovation driven projects deliver the goals.
