TikTok is hiring a Logistics Operations Manager for the Italy Market, based in Madrid. You will lead end-to-end logistics performance, coordinate with procurement, finance and strategy, and align on cost and lead time improvements for merchants and customers.

The role requires 5+ years in EU e-commerce warehousing, strong data skills (SQL/Python), and fluency in English and Italian. Travel within Europe may be required as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in EU e-commerce warehousing and fulfillment.
• Experience driving system changes and FM consolidation network design.
• Data-oriented with planning models; SQL or Python preferred.
• Fluent in English; Italian communication with merchants/vendors is required.
• Ability to document business cases and BRD if requested during interview.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end logistics performance for a designated flow in Italy.
• Coordinate capacity allocation with procurement, finance and strategy teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to optimize data flows.
• Identify pain points and propose solutions to meet KPIs and improve efficiency.
• Develop procedures and systems to enhance end-to-end performance for merchants and customers.
• Oversee internal systems, supplier platforms, and warehouse design elements.
