TikTok is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics performance across Europe, with emphasis on carrier performance and operational efficiency for merchants and customers. Collaborate with procurement, finance, and strategy, and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven improvements that reduce cost and lead times, ensuring quality in delivery and service.

Fluent English is required and Italian communication is also needed for the Italian market; 5+

Formación

Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field with 5+ years in EU warehousing and fulfilment.
Experience driving system changes and building from scratch is a plus.
Data-driven with validated planning models; SQL or Python experience preferred.
Excellent documentation and business case writing skills; BRD may be requested.
Fluent English; Italian communication is also required for the Italian market.

Responsabilidades

Manage end-to-end logistics performance for designated flows and ensure delivery.
Oversee capacity allocation and coordinate with procurement, finance and strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve operational intelligence.
Identify pain points, propose KPI-driven solutions, and implement changes.
Develop and deploy systems and procedures to improve E2E performance.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to launch solutions with quality.
