TikTok Shop is seeking a Logistics Settlement Solution Manager in Madrid to lead settlement programs for the Europe region. This on-site role focuses on accurate AR/AP, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with product and R&D to automate settlements and deliver early-stage solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely payments to vendors and customers, contract review, and risk management, contributing to a scalable logistics platform.

Formación

• Bachelors degree or higher in finance or accounting with 5+ years in settlement work.
• Deep understanding of logistics operations and billing settlement challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive issue solving; good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of AR/AP in e-Commerce logistics.
• Localize settlement regulations and procedures for accuracy.
• Collaborate with product and R&D to develop settlement automation.
• Provide reports to the R&D team.
• Oversee vendor and customer payments, contracts, billing and AR collections.
• Develop risk management to identify settlement risks.
• Improve handling of seller settlement inquiries.
