Job summary

People Hive HR Consultancies LLC is seeking an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator in Palma de Mallorca. This hands-on, owner-operator role manages daily golf club rental operations, including preparing rental sets, van deliveries, bookings, stock returns, and customer communications.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English, highly organized, physically capable, and comfortable working as a contractor with invoicing. Onsite role with a company van provided.

Qualifications

• Based in Palma de Mallorca or within commuting distance.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Full driving licence suitable for van deliveries.
• Willing to operate as a self-employed contractor invoicing clients.
• Hands-on and physically capable of cleaning, lifting and transporting golf equipment.
• Strong organisation and time management to run multiple daily bookings.
• Confident in customer interactions by phone and email.
• Flexible availability during busy golfing and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of a golf club rental business in Palma.
• Prepare and quality-check rental sets.
• Drive the company van for deliveries and collections.
• Manage bookings, stock, returns and invoicing.
• Handle customer calls and emails and provide service.
