Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, is seeking an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator who speaks Spanish to join on-site. You will manage golf rental bookings, prepare and inspect equipment, coordinate deliveries and collections, and ensure orders are ready and delivered on time.

The role requires excellent English, strong organization, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently as a self-employed contractor.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills including email and booking systems.

• Based in Palma de Mallorca or within reasonable commuting distance.
• Flexible during busy golfing and holiday periods.
• Comfortable working as a self-employed contractor, invoicing for services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect golf club sets for rental bookings.
• Ensure correct clubs, bags and accessories and high presentation.

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails; resolve issues promptly.

Salary: 20,000 Euros gross annually + other benefits

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean, inspect and prepare complete golf club sets for each rental booking
• Check every set contains the correct clubs, bags and accessories and is presented to a high standard
• Coordinate and carry out equipment deliveries and collections at agreed customer locations
• Manage reservations, scheduling, stock availability and equipment returns
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, calls and emails, resolving issues promptly
• Track golf sets, identify missing or damaged equipment and maintain accurate records
• Take ownership of the daily workflow, ensuring all orders are ready and delivered on time
• Help improve operational efficiency and the overall customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent spoken and written English
