Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is helping a specialist golf club rental company onboard an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator in Palma de Mallorca. The role covers golf equipment preparation, rental coordination, customer service and local logistics, with full ownership of day-to-day island operations.

You will clean, inspect and prepare clubs, manage reservations and deliveries, respond to enquiries, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach, happy to clean, handle and transport golf equipment.
• Confident dealing with customers and coordinating multiple daily bookings.
• Good computer skills, including email and booking systems.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently.
• Full driving licence.
• Based in Palma de Mallorca or within reasonable commuting distance.
• Flexible during busy golfing and holiday periods.
• Comfortable working as a self-employed contractor, invoicing for services.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect and prepare complete golf club sets for each rental booking.
• Check every set contains the correct clubs, bags and accessories and is presented to a high standard.
• Coordinate and carry out equipment deliveries and collections at agreed customer locations.
• Manage reservations, scheduling, stock availability and equipment returns.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, calls and emails, resolving issues promptly.
• Track golf sets, identify missing or damaged equipment and maintain accurate records.
• Take ownership of the daily workflow, ensuring all orders are ready and delivered on time.
• Help improve operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.
