Cross Border Talents in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, is seeking an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator for an on-site, B2B contract role. The successful candidate will prepare and manage golf equipment, coordinate deliveries and bookings, and maintain high service standards.

Excellent English, organisational skills, and a hands-on approach are essential. You will operate independently with a company van provided and flexibility during peak golf seasons.

Responsabilités

• Prepare golf club sets for each rental booking.
• Check sets contain correct clubs, bags and accessories and look presentable.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and collections at customer locations.
• Manage reservations, scheduling, stock availability and returns.
• Respond to customer enquiries by calls and emails and resolve issues promptly.
• Track golf sets and maintain records of equipment condition.
• Own daily workflow to ensure orders are ready and delivered on time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean, inspect and prepare complete golf club sets for each rental booking
• Check every set contains the correct clubs, bags and accessories and is presented to a high standard
• Coordinate and carry out equipment deliveries and collections at agreed customer locations
• Manage reservations, scheduling, stock availability and equipment returns
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, calls and emails, resolving issues promptly
• Track golf sets, identify missing or damaged equipment and maintain accurate records
• Take ownership of the daily workflow, ensuring all orders are ready and delivered on time
• Help improve operational efficiency and the overall customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Practical, hands-on approach, happy to clean, handle and transport golf equipment
• Confident dealing with customers and coordinating multiple daily bookings
• Good computer skills, including email and booking systems
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
• Full driving licence
• Based in Palma de Mallorca or within reasonable commuting distance
• Flexible during busy golfing and holiday periods
• Comfortable working as a self-employed contractor, invoicing for services
