People Hive is supporting a client in the search for an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Palma de Mallorca.

This is a hands-on, owner-operator style role running the day-to-day operations of a golf club rental business in Palma. The successful candidate will prepare and quality-check rental sets, drive the company van for deliveries and collections, manage bookings, stock and returns, and handle customer calls and emails. It suits someone organised, practical and customer-focused who is comfortable working independently.

Critical Requirements

• Based in Palma de Mallorca or within reasonable commuting distance
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Full driving licence (comfortable driving a van for deliveries and collections)
• Willing to work as a self-employed contractor who invoices (not an employee)
• Hands-on and physically comfortable cleaning, lifting and transporting golf equipment
• Strong organisation and time management, able to run multiple daily bookings independently
• Customer-facing confidence by phone and email, and good computer/booking-system skills
• Flexible availability in busy golfing and holiday periods
