Kenes is seeking a highly organized Paid Intern to join the international Registration Team. This part-time, paid internship spans 3 days per week, offering hands-on experience in the professional events and congress industry.

The role covers the complete registration life cycle—from data entry and communications to generating reports for suppliers post-congress—while supporting the team to ensure smooth operations for participants and speakers.

Formación

• Fluent English with strong verbal and written skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and well organized.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Capable in fast-paced environments; can prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience in hotels, tourism, travel, or professional events management is a plus.
• Experience in any customer support role is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage hotel room blocks for invited speakers in coordination with Accommodation Sales.
• Handle bookings including check-in/out, preferences, and special requirements.
• Coordinate room changes and last-minute adjustments; maintain records.
• Manage registration lifecycle: data entry, communication with involved parties, and generating reports to finalize accounts with suppliers post-congress.
• Manage Travel Grant registrations and reimbursements.
