Kenes Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing for our congresses. You will manage a team of Marketing Managers and Coordinators, craft strategies, and oversee budgets and campaigns to deliver high-impact marketing for each event.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven experience in marketing management. We offer a hybrid model and flexible hours to support work-life balance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own congresses' marketing activities.
• Lead Marketing Coordinators, Senior Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Managers.
• Be the single point of contact for congresses' marketing needs.
• Develop the congresses' brand and marketing strategies.
• Plan and adhere to congress budgets.
• Oversee campaigns and monitor results.

About the Role:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage yourowncongresses' marketing activities;


• Manage Marketing Coordinators/ Senior Marketing CoordinatorsandMarketing Managers;


• Be the one point of contact for congresses' marketing needs;


• Develop the congresses' brand and marketing strategies;


• Prepare and adhere congresses' budgets;


• Oversee the different marketing campaigns;


• Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries of marketing activities;


• Plan and implement promotional campaigns;


• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results;


• Create a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline, including videos);


• Report on progress and effectiveness of the different campaigns;


• Performothertasksrelatedtothecompany'sactivityanditswork,accordingtoaspecificassignmentbythedirectmanagerortheManager.
