DentalMonitoring, a MedTech scale-up, seeks an Implementation Specialist in Barcelona to onboard clinics and tailor workflows to each office. You will train clinicians on our AI-driven monitoring suite and act as a technical bridge between customers and the platform.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in dentistry/orthodontics, strong consultative sales, and experience with training and implementation. You will collaborate with regional sales, customer success, and inside sales to ensure a smooth

Formación

• 5+ years of dentistry/orthodontics experience required.
• Consultative, solution-based sales experience preferred.
• Training and implementation experience required.
• Strong IT and tech interest.
• Native Spanish with advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new customers with custom workflows.
• Train clinicians and dental teams on the DentalMonitoring suite.
• Nurture customers to maximize benefits of the AI technology and dashboard.
• Build strong relationships to endorse the DentalMonitoring brand.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and the platform.
• Support and attend local trade shows.
• Collaborate with regional sales, customer success, inside sales, and sales reps to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing hesitations to disrupt existing workflows.
• Travel up to 60% to train and support in-person office implementation.
