Dandy, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Launch Trainer to guide dental practices through onboarding and ongoing training of digital workflows. You will deliver virtual and on-site sessions, coach on scan quality, and drive adoption of our dental platform.

Ideal candidates have hands-on intraoral scanning experience, strong teaching skills, and a customer-first mindset. This full-time role requires travel up to 20% and a passion for transforming dental care.

Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology to modernize every function of the dental practice. We are building the operating system for dental offices worldwide to empower clinicians and teams with technology, innovation, and support.

About the Role

Launch Trainers are essential to delivering a world-class onboarding experience. You will guide new dental practices through engaging training sessions—virtual and in-person—to build confidence in digital dentistry. Beyond onboarding, you will coach practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on teaching, building trust, and driving measurable outcomes. This role includes travel up to 20% for in-practice training and support.

Responsibilities

• Live Training & Onboarding
  • Lead new practices through Dandy’s onboarding program to ramp up quickly and effectively.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, virtually or on-site, tailored to each practice’s learning style and structure.
  • Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows, with hands-on coaching during live sessions.
  • Build credibility and clinical trust to drive confidence and early adoption.
  • Own each launch and ensure practices achieve key milestones from day one.
• Ongoing Coaching & Success Enablement
  • Serve as a trusted coach post-launch, helping practices refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers.
  • Monitor early scan quality and provide clear, constructive feedback to improve technique.
  • Identify gaps in product usage and follow up to close them.
  • Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices and order success.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to share insights and improve the customer journey.
  • Recognize early wins and celebrate progress to build confidence and momentum.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong virtual presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset—empathetic, patient, and skilled at building trust remotely.
• Highly organized and accountable, with a track record of owning outcomes and follow-through.
• Quick learner, tech-savvy, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Organized and efficient in managing multiple trainings, follow-ups, and customer touchpoints.
• Persuasive and supportive coach, skilled in encouraging behavior change and driving adoption.
• Fluent in the local market language (native or near-native) with knowledge of local dental norms; English proficiency required for global collaboration. Fluency in Catalan is a plus.

Location & Benefits

This role is based in Barcelona, Spain with an in-office requirement of 4 days per week.
