Becton, Dickinson and Company in Fraga, Spain is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery and cost. You will work with the Plant OPEX Manager to implement BD Excellence methodologies and lead Kaizen events to deliver sustainable gains.

Ideal candidates have a Lean/Six Sigma background, 3 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• Experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma.
• Fluent English in communication.

Responsabilidades

• Be an active member of the Focused Improvement component team.
• Develop and grow problem solving capability at all levels.
• Support CI projects across SQDC (Safety Quality Delivery Cost).
• Lead and facilitate breakthrough Kaizen events and support other BD Excellence components.
