Job summary

BD is seeking a Process Engineer to provide technical support to manufacturing operations and lead process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to drive efficiency and reduce losses at the ESP Huesca - Fraga site.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with a strong command of English. Salary ranges from €29,400 to €47,025 per year, reflecting location and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent experience in engineering (mechanical, electrical, biomedical).
• Proficient level of English.
• 1-3 years of experience with manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Control, monitor & evaluate manufacturing processes to mitigate losses (Performance/OEE, Waste, Quality) and implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Plan and perform problem solving and/or root-cause-analysis.
• Understand processes to implement Best Practices and standardize working methodologies.
• Lead and/or support manufacturing projects (change of material, process improvement changes) through design control processes and documenting analyses.
• Demonstrate drive for results and accountability for completion of tasks and projects.
• Ensure compliance with BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through training and education of engineering principles.
