Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company based in Spain. The role sits in the Operational Excellence team, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

You will work with the Plant OPEX Manager to drive changes, optimize performance, and sustain improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost. We seek a dedicated engineer with Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong communication skills, and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma with green/black belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Active member of Focused Improvement component team.
• Develop and grow problem solving capability at all levels.
• Support CI projects across SQDC: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
