AQD Technologies in Madrid is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on network and IT support at client sites. The role covers installation of network devices, troubleshooting Cisco basics, and working with a remote support team to resolve issues promptly.

You will need English and local language skills, a Windows laptop, and access to standard tools. This position requires onsite presence in Madrid and involves hardware replacements and structured cabling in various

Responsabilidades

• Onsite IT / Network support tasks.
• Install routers/switches/servers/storage when required.
• Replace parts (HDD/PSU/RAM/Battery/Motherboard/CPU) as needed.
• Structure cabling in data centers/offices/factories.
