• Basic Cisco / networking knowledge.
• English + Local language.
• Windows laptop + Internet access.

• Able to work with remote support team.

Responsabilidades

• Onsite IT / Network support tasks.
• Install routers/switches/servers/storage when required.
• Replace parts (HDD/PSU/RAM/Battery/Motherboard/CPU) as needed.
• Structure cabling in data centers/offices/factories.
