ITC Infotech is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support across Madrid locations. You will maintain hardware, software, and network systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with central IT teams to ensure service continuity.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, solid knowledge of Windows, AD, networking, security, and ticketing tools, with certifications such as A+/Network+. Travel between sites will be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or field support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between sites and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, and user access.
• Perform routine checks, patching, and updates on servers and network components.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding activities including device provisioning and access setup.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assets, incidents, and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection protocols.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects and site rollouts.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams.
