Teceze in Barcelona is seeking an L1 IT Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to provide onsite technical support to end users. The role covers hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent customer service.

You will support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications, manage user accounts, and assist with onboarding and offboarding activities while maintaining asset records.

Formación

• 1–3 years of IT/Desktop/Service Desk support.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Good knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1 onsite technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
• Support printers, scanners, monitors, docking stations, and other IT peripherals.
• Perform user account, password, and access‑related troubleshooting.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup and collection.
• Install operating systems, applications, security updates, and required drivers.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records.
• Log, update, and close incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
• Provide support for meeting room, video conferencing, and basic AV equipment.
• Follow ITIL processes and company support procedures.
• Maintain good communication with users and provide regular updates on open issues.
