Teceze in Barcelona is seeking an L1 IT Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to provide on-site technical assistance to end users. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong customer service.

The role focuses on Windows 10/11 support, Microsoft 365 services, and basic network connectivity, with opportunities to assist with onboarding and asset management while following ITIL procedures.

Formación

• 1–3 years IT Desktop/Service Desk experience.
• Solid troubleshooting of Windows 10/11.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site L1 support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, peripherals, and printers.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 as needed.
• Follow ITIL processes and log incidents in the system.
