Teceze is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Engineer & IT Project Coordinator to provide EUC and deskside support while coordinating onsite IT infrastructure and workplace technology activities.

The role acts as the primary onsite IT contact, assisting users, resolving issues, and coordinating with remote teams, vendors, and facilities. The position requires strong Windows/Microsoft 365 expertise and excellent communication.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in L2 Deskside, EUC, or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with IT asset management and device lifecycle activities.
• Good troubleshooting across hardware, software, and end-user devices.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi‑Fi and network connectivity.
• Experience supporting conference rooms and collaboration technologies.
• Experience coordinating onsite IT projects and deployments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and workplace technologies.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, software, hardware, and user-access issues.
• Perform hardware replacement, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with device imaging, deployment, migration, and refresh activities.
• Coordinate onsite IT projects and infrastructure activities.
• Serve as the primary onsite IT contact for the location.
• Maintain accurate incident and asset records; provide status reports.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and coordinate with remote IT teams.
