ITC Infotech is seeking an Infrastructure Field IT Engineer to deliver on-site technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the reliability of hardware, software, and network systems across multiple Valencia-area sites.

You will troubleshoot issues, install and configure systems, support LAN/WAN, coordinate with vendors, and maintain asset and incident records while upholding security and data protection standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• 3–5 years IT infrastructure or field support experience.
• Strong Windows OS, AD and networking knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow and remote support.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, and user access issues.
• Perform routine checks and updates on servers and network components.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure including switches, routers, and APs.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning.
• Maintain documentation of assets, incidents, and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection.
