Concentrix seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Barcelona. You will handle calls through our CRM portal, create quotations and orders via SAP, and communicate delivery times to customers while offering product guidance.

The role requires bilingual English and Italian, a high school diploma, and a customer-focused mindset with strong communication and commercial awareness. On-site in Barcelona with full-time hours and training provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona.

Responsabilités

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system
• Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers
• Offer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)
• Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and services
• Call back customers
• Lead management
