Concentrix is seeking a Working Team Leader for the EU market to join our Barcelona-based Customer Experience team on-site. You will identify customer needs, manage communications via email and chat, and maintain CRM records while driving SLA compliance and team performance.

You will provide training, collaborate with multiple departments, and contribute to a culture of high-quality service. This role offers a full-time schedule, competitive pay, and clear career development opportunities.

Formación

• High level of English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in customer service, team leader.
• A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals.
• A strong communicator both written and verbal with great interpersonal skill.
• Detail-oriented and you genuinely care about offering a top quality service.
• Able to be flexible, resourceful and multi-task while establishing priorities and providing solutions.
• Positive, proactive and dynamic attitude.
• Previous experience with Zendesk would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage customer communications and reply to requests by email and chat.
• Provide accurate information using procedures, policies and tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and follow up.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers through empathy and open communication.
• Manage CRM system and keep records up to date.
