Concentrix is hiring a B2B Customer Support Advisor (English speaking) for our Barcelona site. You will join a dynamic global tech services leader supporting well-known brands with modern solutions. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, SLA adherence, and collaboration with teammates and supervisors.

A full-time schedule runs Monday to Friday with training provided. We value a strong customer focus, native English, and experience in similar roles, along with basic sales skills and IT

Formación

• Native English language required.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Basic sales, upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Good customer service disposition.
• Familiarity with Windows/MS Office and general IT platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer requests and provide accurate advice to ensure satisfaction and SLA compliance.
• Escalate service issues as needed.
• Follow project processes and procedures.
• Cover for other agents when needed within the team or across teams.
• Liaise with supervisors on specific projects when requested.
• Handle administrative duties including holidays, sickness and overtime forms promptly.
• Attend regular team meetings.
• Perform additional tasks to maintain service performance and customer satisfaction.
