You will support end users, infrastructure, networks and production-critical systems, troubleshoot incidents, manage the IT ticketing system, and maintain accurate documentation while helping teams stay productive across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical support.
• Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, VMware, and Cisco networking.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and production systems.
• Manage incidents and service requests via the IT ticketing system.
• Support end users with workplace technology and training.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain computers and business apps.
• Monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure and network performance.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Support servers, workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
