Job summary

Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to troubleshoot incidents, support end-user devices, and maintain the IT infrastructure across sites. The role involves on-site work at our Asturias facilities with occasional travel to other operations domestically and internationally.

You will collaborate with teams to deploy network projects and mentor junior IT technicians. The position offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with leaders

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis.
• Experience in complex IT environments or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and IP protocols.
• Experience in network and operating system support.
• Fluent Spanish and English at C1 level or above.
• EU driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user equipment and building IT infrastructure.
• Help with IT setup of new Amazon buildings network projects.
• Suggest new processes to improve IT usage in sites.
• Train and mentor IT technicians.
