Parsec Automation, LLC in Vigo, Spain, is seeking a Product Support Engineer I to deliver high-quality technical support for the TrakSYS platform. You will collaborate with customers and global support teams to troubleshoot, upgrade, test, and improve documentation and knowledge sharing.

The role requires flexibility for 24/7 operations, including rotating weekends and extended shifts up to 12 hours. A strong background in MES concepts and enterprise software is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software support or development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Windows client/server operating systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 product support for the TrakSYS platform and implemented solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve platform and application issues.
• Troubleshoot production applications built by Parsec Professional Services under managed services SLAs.
• Respond to alerts, triage incidents, and escalate to Level 3 or Engineering when needed.
• Document incidents, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Assist with functional and regression testing.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles.
• Document new and existing TrakSYS features and develop deployment instructions.
• Stay current on TrakSYS platform features and updates.
