ITC Infotech, a leading global technology services provider, seeks an Infrastructure Field IT Engineer to provide hands-on on-site support across multiple locations in Spain. The role focuses on maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, with an emphasis on security and business continuity.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of IT infrastructure experience, strong Windows/AD knowledge, and familiarity with ServiceNow and remote support tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure or field support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint security.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and remote support tools.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between sites and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, and user access.
• Perform routine checks, patching, and updates on servers and network components.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding activities including device provisioning and access setup.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assets, incidents, and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection protocols.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects and site rollouts.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams.
