Job summary

OneMoneyWay is expanding its outbound sales team in Spain and seeks a Norwegian-speaking sales rep based in Málaga. You will prospect Norwegian SMEs, conduct sales conversations, and own the pipeline from first contact to onboarding, with a hybrid setup in Málaga's financial district.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Norwegian and English, with outbound/B2B sales experience, strong phone skills, and a willingness to relocate to Málaga.

Qualifications

• Fluent Norwegian and good English, written and spoken.
• Experience in outbound sales, telesales or B2B sales or strong motivation.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call Norwegian SMEs to introduce OneMoneyWay's products.
• Book and run sales conversations, uncover client needs and present solutions.
• Own your pipeline from first contact to signed client and handover to onboarding.
