Worldwiders Recruitment is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Business Development Representative in Barcelona. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and convert prospects into partnerships for AI-powered ad solutions.

The role requires Norwegian at C1 and English at B2, with 2–3 years in B2B sales and a strong digital marketing background. You'll manage the full sales cycle, hit revenue targets, and collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients.

Qualifications

• Norwegian language at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and AI-based advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective business clients through inbound leads and proactive outbound activities, including cold calling and email outreach.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Work toward sales targets and help drive revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate handoff to onboarding and customer success.
