Nordic Jobs Worldwide is helping our client expand in Barcelona by hiring a Norwegian-speaking Business Development Representative. You will identify opportunities, conduct outbound calls, qualify prospects, and drive cloud-solution sales in the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales, maintain Salesforce records, and work toward ambitious KPIs. This role offers relocation support, private health insurance, and a modern office at World Trade Center Barcelona.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling and account management.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound campaigns.
• Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling to decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and align them with cloud solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce (CRM).
• Work towards individual and team KPIs, including pipeline and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey.
• Document all customer interactions and opportunities clearly.
