Levata by Logiscenter is seeking a motivated intern to support the sales team in Madrid, focusing on the Nordics market. You will handle inbound/outbound inquiries, develop account portfolios, and help prepare tailored quotes and proposals.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in CRM/ERP processes, post-sales support, and build long-term client relationships while contributing to growth in a fast-paced tech environment.

Formación

• Strong customer-centric mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in telesales and/or e-commerce is a plus.
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within IT.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the sales team while driving new business growth across the Nordics market.
• Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, with focus on Nordics.
• Owning and developing a portfolio of accounts with CRM/ERP updates and pipeline management.
• Preparing and managing tailored quotes, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Building long-term client relationships by delivering post-sales support and solution-oriented selling.
• Negotiating with suppliers, clients, and partners to optimize profitability and margins.
• Providing hands-on support to customers to ensure high-quality experience at every stage.
