Levata by Logiscenter invites a proactive Sales Support intern to bolster the French market. You will manage inbound/outbound inquiries, nurture account pipelines, and craft tailored quotes and proposals while ensuring accurate CRM/ERP updates and robust post-sales support to maximize client satisfaction.

Based in Madrid, you will enjoy flexible hours and remote work options while developing valuable skills in IT and data capture solutions with an international team.

Formación

• Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in French (spoken and written) is required.
• Availability to work from Madrid.
• Willingness to learn and grasp new business/technical concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support the sales team and drive new business growth across the French market.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with a focus on the French market.
• Own and develop a portfolio of accounts with accurate CRM/ERP updates and pipeline management.
• Prepare tailored quotes, proposals and commercial documentation.
• Build long-term client relationships and provide post-sales support.
