Levata by Logiscenter is seeking a dynamic intern to support the sales team in the Nordics from Madrid. You will engage in consultative selling, manage inbound and outbound inquiries, and help grow our client base across European markets.

You will own and develop a portfolio of accounts, ensure accurate CRM/ERP updates, prepare tailored quotes and proposals, and build long-term client relationships with post-sales support.

Formación

• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship skills.
• Nice to have telesales and/or e-commerce experience.
• Background in sales and customer service, IT sector preferred.
• Fluent Finnish, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian; English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities and win new business.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in the Nordics.
• Own and develop accounts with CRM/ERP updates and pipeline management.
• Prepare tailored quotes, proposals and commercial documentation.
• Build long-term client relationships with post-sales support and solution selling.
• Negotiate with suppliers, clients and partners to optimize margins.
• Provide hands-on support ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
