Six Senses Quexigal Palace seeks a Night Manager to lead Front of House operations in our ultra-luxury property. You will safeguard service standards, coordinate arrivals and departures, and ensure seamless collaboration between departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates should hold a hospitality degree with front office supervisory experience, be fluent in English, and possess legal work authorization for Spain/EU.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field with supervisory front office experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Valid Spanish Work Permit or EU citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, room categories, rates, packages, credit policies and reservation procedures.
• Enforce policies on guaranteed reservations, cancellations and no-shows.
• Coordinate guest arrivals/departures and manage check-in/out, including billing requirements.
• Oversee inter-department coordination and guest satisfaction.
• Lead Front of House team and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety and brand standards.

Conhecimentos

Fluent English

Spanish is a plus
