Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona is seeking a Front Office Night Supervisor to lead the Front Office team during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, this role reports to the Front Office Manager / Night Manager and requires a minimum of 2 years in a Front Office supervisory position, fluent English, and a passion for service in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Front Office supervisory role.
• Excellent command of English; Spanish desirable.
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Knowledge of Front Office systems and night audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Front Office activities during the night shift.
• Ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, and night audit processes.
• Coach and motivate overnight Front Office team to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with prompt resolution.
• Monitor room status, occupancy, VIP arrivals, and special guest requirements.
• Ensure accurate posting of charges and completion of night audit procedures.
• Maintain communication with all departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and security protocols.
• Prepare operational reports and handovers for morning management.
• Act as senior point of contact for guests and colleagues during night shifts.
