SLS Barcelona, a five-star urban resort on the waterfront, is seeking a Night Supervisor to join its team under the Night Manager. You will provide a naturally friendly, helpful and responsive level of service to guests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include nightly audits, end-of-day takings review, managing overnight reservations and check-ins, handling guest data accurately, and maintaining a clean, presentable reception and public areas while supporting a

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience in upscale hotels.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proactive, team-oriented and guest-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Review end-of-day takings and nightly audits for accuracy.
• Manage overnight reservations and check-ins with a courteous approach.
• Oversee reception operations and ensure guest data accuracy in systems.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth night operations.
