Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Cash Desk Manager to lead cash handling operations on board, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have 1–2 years supervisory cash handling experience in a customer-facing environment, with strong math, Excel/Word skills and the ability to coach an international team. High school diploma preferred.

Excellent communication and professional interaction with guests and staff are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• One to two years supervisory cash handling experience in a customer contact position.
• Proven customer service skills to interact with guests professionally.
• Ability to count chips and paper currency quickly and accurately.
• Ability to operate cash counters and basic office software (Excel/Word).
• Ability to learn policies in human resources functions.
• Ability to supervise an international team with coaching and motivation.
• Completion of high school or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise cashiers and cash handling processes on board.
• Ensure accurate cash counting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Provide professional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Coach and counsel employees to improve performance.
• Collaborate with department heads and shipboard staff as needed.
• Utilize computer systems including Excel and Word.
