Job summary

You will research solutions, assist with testing products, maintain the CRM with up-to-date customer and ticket data, and attend regular trainings to raise knowledge and performance, communicating fluently in Mandarin, English, and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via phone and e-mail to distribution partners and installers on Hikvision products efficiently and accurately.
• Research and explain possible solutions and/or alternatives; ensuring clients feel supported and valued and their needs are addressed while adhering to company policies.
• Help and support with testing products; report results to line manager.
• Maintain and develop the company's CRM system by ensuring all data relating to customers and support tickets are accurate and up to date.
• Attend regular training and meetings to maintain and expand knowledge and performance level.
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed targets while providing excellent consistent customer service.
