Job summary

Fluency in Spanish and Chinese and a strong electronics background are required to deliver practical, high-quality service. The role emphasizes coordination with HQ and regional teams, producing guides and training materials, and contributing to PoC projects in a fast-moving security

Responsibilities

• Assist the technical team in handling daily technical inquiries from customers and partners.
• Support product installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct product functionality and compatibility testing and document test results.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Support on product demonstrations, technical presentations, and PoC projects.
• Communicate and coordinate with headquarters and regional technical teams to follow up on technical issues.
• Perform other technical support activities assigned by the team.
