Concentrix is seeking a Remote Support Engineer based in Barcelona to join our global tech-services team. You will resolve hardware and software issues remotely, coordinate onsite dispatches when needed, and guide customers with product knowledge and troubleshooting.

The role requires strong English, a science/engineering degree, and collaborative skills in a diverse environment. Hybrid work model and full training are provided.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical) or equivalent.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Remotely resolve hardware and/or software issues for customers.
• Trigger onsite dispatch when remote resolution is not possible.
• Keep customers informed on case status and progress.
• Document case history and interactions in the CRM for handover to field teams.
• Contribute to maintaining the Knowledge Management System.
