Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our Technical Support team in Madrid. You will deliver high-quality customer support and resolve basic technical issues for Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking users.

You will handle Level 1 IT support via phone and email, troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity, and maintain a responsive, empathetic approach to customer inquiries.

Formación

• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and Spanish or English.
• Experience in Helpdesk, IT support, or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems (browsers, email, web tools).
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 IT support in Portuguese/Spanish via phone and email
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Handle user inquiries related to web tools and platforms
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and effective customer service
