Qualifications

• Proficient in English, Spanish and French.
• Additional European language required (Dutch, German, Italian, Swedish, or Danish).
• Experience in underwriting support or client services is a plus.
• Insurance industry background preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for service matters with underwriters, clients and brokers.
• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of policy documents, renewals, new business and endorsements.
• Perform data quality checks prior to issuance and booking.
• Support business development and client relationship activities by handling requests and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with Global Service teams, Underwriting and Credit Control to ensure high-quality service.
